Notice of fee increases effective May 1st:

  • Chiropractic Initial Assessment and Treatment: $125
  • Chiropractic Subsequent Visit: $75
  • Chiropractic Extended Subsequent Visit: $95

Recent policy and procedural changes:

  • We ask all patients who are sick or are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms to please reschedule or postpone your appointment. Under these circumstances we will continue waiving our cancellation fee.
  • The use of masks is no longer mandatory but is strongly encouraged within the treatments rooms as close physical contact is inevitable. Please bring your own mask to the appointment.
  • You will be asked to wash your hands upon entering the clinic. There will also be hand sanitizer available for your preferred use.

Kate Moffat

Kate completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at UBCO before earning her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta in 2025. Raised in Vernon, she’s proud to support the Okanagan community with care that’s comfortable, collaborative, and goal‑driven.

Kate takes a whole‑body, movement‑focused approach, combining thorough assessment with evidence‑based treatment to help people move better and perform at their best. She blends manual therapy, soft‑tissue techniques, education, and progressive exercise to build strength, confidence, and long‑term resilience.

Outside the clinic, Kate stays active through hiking, soccer, mountain biking, pickleball, and strength training. Having navigated her own sport‑related injuries, she understands the drive to get back to what you love. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, or pushing toward performance goals, Kate creates a supportive environment where you feel involved and empowered every step of the way.
